Here at VwSunroofs.com in addition to offering a complete line of sunroof parts for your Vw, we also offer a rebuild service.
Included in the rebuild service is:
1. Postage paid box and labels to ship your assembly to VwSunroof.com and the shipping back.(please note you will be charged shipping charges upon check out)
2. Complete inspect of the assembly
3. Disassemble your sunroof assembly
4. Powder coat the upper and lower header bow
5. Straightening of the steel tensioning hoops (when possible)
6. Powder coat the tensioning hoops and the rear tension strip
7. Media blast the center/ rear aluminum bows (giving them a new uniform finish)
8. Reassemble the three center/ rear aluminum tension bows using parts included with The Complete Soft Parts Rebuild Kit
9. Reassembly of the Header bow using new inner guide, outer guides and new rubber sleeves.
10. The header bow, center/ rear trailer bows are all pre-adjusted for fit and ease of installation before being boxed up and shipped back out to you.
Please note:
If your assembly has bent, broken or missing Hard Parts , and can not be reused,we make a list of the recommended hard parts to be replaced, email you with an itemized list of parts and cost, if you decide to have us change the parts you pay only for the new parts, installation of the new parts is included with the rebuild service.
